May 17th is tomorrow and we are ready to kick off the EBSA pre conference courses in Ghent.

Below you will find extra information.

Pre conference courses

You are registered to follow one or more preconference courses, see the details per course below.

For all courses all course information will be available digtally on our website. After login you will find all course material under "Material" linked to your course.

As you are a new user on our website we have created an account for you.

As the courses are split up over several locations in the city of Ghent we have organised the following:

On Tuesday 17/05 and Wednesday 18/05 in the morning (07:30 - 08:30) we will have EBSA representatives present on the central location "Korenmarkt" in the city center of Ghent.

There we will guide you to the public transport that will bring you to the central registration desk at our offices in Gentbrugge (Kerkstraat 108). We will have tickets for public transport available for you.

At our central registration desk in De Punt, Gentbrugge there will also be coffee, tea and small breakfast pastry and fruit available. As a general rule all courses start at 09:00 am and end at 17:00, breaks and lunch are provided. Course G starts at 01:00 pm on Tuesday and a full day on Wednesday and course C starts at 1:00 pm on Wednesday .

Courses that do not take place at that location (course A, B, C and G) will have a tranfer from this central location to the course. Please make sure you arrive in time as busses need to leave at 08:40 from De Punt in order to arrive on time at the course location.

You are registered for Pre conference course A. Auditing: a comprehensive and practical introduction

This course will take place at the following location on Tuesday May 17th and Wednesday May 18th.

You are registered for Pre conference course B. Fundamentals for (re)design of a safe and compliant BSL3 facility

This course will take place at the following location on Tuesday May 17th and Wednesday May 18th.

This course will take place at the following location on Wednesday May 18th as of 1 PM.

As this course is taking place in the afternoon you are welcome to work at our offices in the morning, we have enough places available. You are also invited to join us for the lunch as of 12:00.

Transfer to this location has been arranged leaving at 12:40 from De Punt in Gentbrugge  after registration. If however you work at that location/study at that location and you want to go directly to that location, please send the secretariat a message so we do not hold the transfer for you and register you on site.
