All prices, with exception of sponsor and exhibitor deals for the conferences, are local VAT included.

EBSA membership

By becoming an EBSA member you obtain the right to participate to the EBSA General Meeting and the right to vote on any proposals submitted to this meeting. The EBSA membership is effective after having paid the membership fee.

By becoming an EBSA member you agree to your personal contact details being processed by EBSA for the purposes of the functioning of EBSA as an association. Your contact details will be visible to other EBSA members after having logged into the members-only section of the EBSA website. This is for the purposes of EBSA to act as a functional network through which EBSA members can easily contact colleague biosafety professionals. When becoming an EBSA member you will be explicitly asked to agree to this processing of personal contact details.

EBSA Online course, Pre-conference Course and Conference cancellation policy

EBSA reserves the right to cancel a course in the event of low enrollment or other events beyond our control. If a course is cancelled, candidates will be notified immediately and will be offered the choice of an alternative course or a refund of any fees paid.

EBSA reserves the right to substitute an advertised speaker in the unfortunate event of a speaker being unable to appear due to serious circumstances beyond our control. Any substitutions or changes will be updated on our conference page and in our conference app as soon as possible.

In case of a timely cancellation of participation to an online course, a pre-conference course or the conference you have the right to have your registration fee refunded. EBSA will not refund registration fees in case of no-show and late cancellations within less than 14 days before a live event and 5 days for an online event.
