Our records show that you currently have one or more outstanding invoices with EBSA. Please check all information below and reach out to your accounting departement and try to pay before end of September.

You can find your personal overview of all your invoices here.

The overview clearly indicates which invoices are outstanding and which have already been settled, so you can easily check your current status.

For any outstanding invoice, you can download the invoice to find the EBSA bank details needed for a bank transfer. Alternatively, you can use the QR code shown on the invoice to pay by credit card.

Please note that we currently have 15 incoming payments for which we have not been able to identify an associated invoice. It is therefore possible that an invoice has already been paid, but that the payment was made without a reference and our records have not yet been updated.

We kindly ask you to check with your accounting department whether any of your outstanding invoices may already have been paid without a reference. If this is the case, please send an email to accountancy@ebsaweb.eu with the amount paid and the date of payment, so that we can identify and correctly allocate the payment.

As a non-profit organisation, EBSA makes every effort to keep membership fees and participation fees for our courses and conferences as low as possible. At the same time, we are committed to following new developments in biosafety and biosecurity and providing our members and participants with relevant knowledge, information and opportunities to connect with colleagues in the field.

Your timely payment of outstanding invoices helps us to continue this work and maintain our activities at affordable rates.

We kindly ask you to review your personal invoice overview and settle any invoices that are genuinely outstanding.
