Dear EBSA member,

Please find here information on the updated agenda of our Annual General Meeting that is taking place during the conference in Athens.

Following feedback from previous AGMs we have additionally included information on :

• Finances for the calendar year 2022 (note colour coding for breakdown of expenses).
  If you have any questions please feel free to contact Pat Casey, EBSA treasurer by e-mail even before the conference.
• Minor technical changes in bylaws required to conform with recent changes to Belgian law.
  If you have any questions regarding this please contact the EBSA office.

We hope provision of this information in advance, and attendant opportunities for clarification and questions, will facilitate efficient progress through the AGM agenda and allow ample time for discussing the needs and the future plans for EBSA during meeting. Note there will also be a ‘Meet the Council’ session on Wednesday afternoon (15:30-17:30) at the conference hotel.
