As we have so many participants it might be good to have some ground rules already mentioned before the start of the meeting:

• Join on time, the meeting room will be open 15 minutes before the start and we will play some background music so you can test if your headset or sound settings are correct.
• When you enter the meeting room your microphone will be muted, please leave it like that so we do not have any interference during the talks.
• You can leave your camera open, if however you have problems with the connection speed it might be advicable to close your camera to save bandwith and have a good meeting experience
• During the talks you can already write your questions in the chat so the moderators can group questions for the speakers
• Should some questions need further explanations we will ask the participant to open her/his microphone and give additional information.
• If you missed a part or you would like to check a part of the presentation. Do not worry we will have the video of this session available for all attendees and members by the end of this week so you can have a rerun of certain parts at your own pace.
