EBSA celebrates its 25th anniversary, a little later than expected, due to the well-known circumstances. That is why we want to make a special effort to make the conference dinner evening an experience in which networking and reconnecting with colleagues is promoted as much as possible. But at the same time also let you embark on an unforgettable experience.
The program looks like this:
- at 18:20-18:25 we leave with public transport from the conference location to the conference dinner location (be on time!). Comfortable shoes are recommended as a small walk from the tram stop to the venue will stimulate your appetite ;-)
Note: If you are at the conference venue with your by car, please please drive to the conference dinner location and maybe take some passengers along to start networking straight away, the parking lot of the university of applied sciences (Odisee) closes in the evening and you will not be able to get back to your car.
For the others who are staying at a hotel in Ghent, let us take you along.
- the conference dinner, where networking and reconnecting with colleagues is central, starts from 19:30
- by 21:50 we will finish this first part of the evening
As participant you have the choice to either:
- return with public transport (as public transport frequency is lower in the evening you will arrive around 23:30 in the city center or Odisee)
- or continue to network in a surprising way which eventually ends in the center of Ghent minutes before midnight in the immediate vicinity of "Koophandelsplein" and near the hotels.
A transfer with a shuttle bus is provided for persons who left their car at the conference dinner location.
As the organizer of this evening, I strongly recommend that you participate in both parts and thus experience "the full Ghent experience" and make it an unforgettable evening. |
