Dear National and Partner Organisation Representatives,

We are looking forward to welcoming you to the EBSA Conference next week in Bruges.

We would like to share two important pieces of information with you:

1. Promotion Space at the Exhibition Area

Next to the EBSA booth, a dedicated space will be available for national and partner organisations. This area can be used to connect with conference delegates and to promote your organisation and upcoming events. You are welcome to leave leaflets, brochures, or other promotional materials there throughout the conference.

2. Meeting with the EBSA Council

We invite all national and partner organisation representatives to join a lunchmeeting with the EBSA Council during lunch on Thursday.

The meeting will take place on the 4th floor, directly next to the exhibition room. This will be an opportunity to exchange updates, discuss collaboration opportunities, and strengthen cooperation between our organisations.
