What are the competencies/skills of a BSP?
Pre-requisites
:
A life science degree or equivalent
Qualification in general H&S (diploma/certificate?)
Actively maintains current risk knowledge through CPD events on biological topics
At least two years experience in research or development laboratory environment
Not the principle investigator on the projects under control
Interpersonal skills: communication skills, influencing, leadership
Management skills
