CEN Workshop on Biosafety Professional Competence

The objective is to define skills and tasks for the BSP and to develop a training curriculum. The CEN WS aims to result in a CEN Workshop Agreement (CWA), a document based on consensus among participants and close to a standard. The CEN Workshop is open by registration to all interested parties. The `kick-off´ and 1st plenary meeting took place in Frankfurt December 17 and 18, 2009, followed by the 2nd plenary meeting on May 27 and 28, 2010. A draft ´standard´ document was prepared by the EBSA BSP Competency Task Group and elaborated by the registered participants.
