From 16 to 17 June 2009 the famous Karolinska Institutet, Campus Solna in Stockholm is the meeting place for biosafety professionals to network with colleagues and to hear about biosafety-related European and international developments during the 12th Annual Conference of the European Biosafety Association (EBSA). The conference programme that covers a wide range of topics is expected to attract some 300 participants interested on biosafety and laboratory biosecurity from across Europe and beyond.

On behalf of the Conference Programme Working Group, it is our pleasure to invite you to join us in Stockholm in June to take part in the EBSA 2009 exhibition. The Conference offers you a unique opportunity to promote your products and services to the European biosafety professional community.

The Conference will take place at the Berzelius Laboratory within the Karolinska Institutet, Campus Solna, Stockholm. A huge hall directly beside the main lecture halls will hold the exhibition area and the poster presentation and will also be used for coffee/tea and lunch breaks to increase the visibility of the exhibits and the contact between participants and exhibitors.

Prices given are valid for corporate members. For non-members prices will be increased by 250 €.

A. Principal Sponsorship Package 8.000 € (one sponsor only)

Main sponsorship of the EBSA conference
- your company logo printed on the front page on conference materials (programme, book of abstracts)
-coloured advertisement page in the conference programme (size C6)
- your company logo presented on the EBSA conference website as „main sponsor“ with a link to your own website

Note that the registration fee for the exhibition includes one complementary ticket for the meeting.  Additional exhibition space will be charged with 250 € per sqm
