VBC Request for Proposal – Biosecurity Events or Projects The Virtual Biosecurity Center (VBC) has received funding ($15,000 each) to support 3 high impact biosecurity related projects, seminars and workshops. To be considered for funding through the VBC, the proposals should be for innovative and productive events or projects that educate or raise awareness of biosecurity issues, and conclude with a practical product. Examples of events and projects may include hosting biosecurity related seminars, workshops or other events that produce a product, and/or creating educational outreach materials such as web or mobile based applications and videos.
